ni resipi yang copy and paste dari fp k/tun boxhousestudio. dah lama dok terlioq tgk brownies ni kat fp k/tun. so jumaat yg lepas baru le dpt buat. tu pun coz fiza minta buat kan apa2 kek yang sedap katanya. so ku pun amik kesempatan tu cuba wat brownies ni. ku olah resipi ni ...ku wat adunan guna 4 bj telur je dan adunan cis guna cuma 250 gm so ku dpt 1 loyang square 8" x 8" ngan 1 loyang round 7". untuk raspberry jam...ku ganti dengan blueberry fruit filling. dan ku tabur dgn canned cherry brand snorkist tu.
Raspberry Cheese Brownies

Brownies
315g unsalted butter (dice) ( I used salted butter )
125g chocolate powder ( I used coco powder)
270g castor sugar 300g raspberry jam ( I used Strawberry jam)
5 eggs (lightly beaten)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
230g plain flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
Cheese topping
325g cream cheese ( at room temperature)
90g castor sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
160g fresh raspberries (optional, I omit this)
Method: Brownies
1. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
2. Add in chocolate powder and cook until mixture bubbles.
3. Removes from heat and stir sugar and jam.
4. Gradually, add in eggs and essence and stir until well combined.
5. Fold in flour and soda.
6. Pour batter into prepared cake tin.
Meanwhile, prepare cheese topping. Cheese Topping
1. Beat cheese and sugar until light and creammy.
2. Add in essence and eggs.
3. Place batter into a piping bag. Pipe batter over no.6 ( brownies batter).
4. Drop in raspberries/ strawberries ( optional).
5. Use a skewer or satay stick to swirl cheese mixture into the chocalate mixture to create a marble effect.
6. Baked for 40 minutes or until baked through.
7. Cut and serve brownies while still warm. Place a dollop of ice cream on top of brownies and top with sauce and almond flakes. Brownies can be stored in a air-tight container and kept chilled. Heat up in a microwave before serving.

mesti kawan2 tertanya2 siapakah makcik jepun kat sebelah zanaz ni??? ku pun tak tau nama dia hahahaha...tapi dia ni mak angkat pada fiza, kwn yg dah serupa adik dgn ku hehehe. dulu masa kat jepun kami sekeluarga serta 2 family kwn suami ku...pernah dibawa ke ibaraki, ke rumah makcik kat atas tu (boleh layan gambar kami kat ibaraki disini). nama suami dia Mr Sakai. last week dia datang umah fiza. datang sorang je. so masa gi anto brownies kat umah fiza sempat le jumpa dia. hehehe...bila nak communicate dgn dia...baru lah ku sedar...betapa byknya kotoba (perkataan) jepun yg telah ku lupa. nak2 plak nak kena cakap...dari ingat pun terus lupa kah kah kah...nasib le fiza ada...dia le dok jadi translator. obasan ni cakap pun byk gak yg ku tak faham esp bila dia cakap laju dan guna dialek. yg jadi masalah lagi...obasan ni tak eti english sgt. tak macam ku sembang dgn mr sakai..mr sakai ni fasih english so senang cakap dgn dia...boleh campur nihongo ngan eigo.. tapi mr sakai tak datang. obasan ni dtg sorang je. dia dtg utk survey peluang utk berniaga makanan jepun kat sini.

sedapnye nampak brownies tu...anak2 tak makan tak pe...pas kat kite sejuring...bestnyer dpt omiyage...

to ana: okay gak...cuma manis xtra skit coz ada blueberry lagi dlm brownies tu. cuba le baru tau... cis rasa biasa cuma brownies rasa lain skit.
