jom layan piccas makanan

kita suka award ni coz cute sgt. thanks to fae yust.
cucur udang ngan kuah kacang my faveret.... makan beria...dah tu nak plak skarang tengah selera gila. sejak2 ku makan vit epo ni jadi selera giler...bahaya nih...bdn pun dah naik. nak kena control nih.
laksa campur kg petani, bm. beli semalam masa on d way balik umah mertua. tak puas rasa...coz makan dlm keadaan kelam kabut. ada miscommunication ngan hb. i dunno where he got the idea that minggu ni coti sekolah. bila sampai umah mertua, mak ya tanya...coti ke bebudak...syairah cakap tak...baru le hb ku terkejut...tup tup dia cakap jap lagi kol 5 ptg kita bertolak balik ke bangi yek. masa tu dah kol 4 ptg. so makan laksa pun kelam kabut. anyway ku suka laksa beras dari laksa beras cmpur. memang dari kecik suka makan laksa beras. pastu bila kawin ngan hb...ku dikenalkan dgn laksa tpg gandum plak...pun ku suka..niway ku memang suka makan laksa. walhal mak ku tak penah wat laksa pun hehehe.

ni brownies yang ku wat jap tadi. suppose brownies ni ku wat masa ari kamis sebelum balik kg. tapi bajet masa tak kena so tak sempat buat le. tadi petang baru buat. nama brownies ni snow flecked brownies resipi dari nigella lawson. syairah suka dia nye top coz ada cam crust gitu. rasa nya plak pada ku biasa aja. maybe ku tak guna a very good chocolate kot. i shd have used a very good quality chocolate to get gud result kan hehehe. susah nak komen pasal brownies ni coz ku tak suka brownies. buat saja nak test resipi je. lagipun syairah dok bagitau dia suka brownies yg kwn dia buat...tapi tak tau resipi so ku xperiment ni in order nak cari resipi yg dia nak tu le. ha lagi satu...ku brownies tak bersnow cam nama dia coz malas nak ayak icing sugar hahaha dan lagi satu ku rasa ku overbake this brownies hahaha




Snow Flecked Brownies (klik sini for resipi ori dari nigella)
375 grams unsalted butter
375 grams dark or bitter-sweet chocolate
6 eggs, at room temperature
350 grams granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
225 grams all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
250 grams white chocolate chips
approximately 2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar for dusting
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C or 355 F. Line a 12" x 9" x 3" pan with foil or parchment paper.
2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a large heavy-bottomed pot over medium-low heat. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool slightly.
3. In a large measuring cup, beat the eggs together with the granulated sugar and vanilla. Add to melted chocolate and beat well. Fold in the flour and salt and then stir in the white chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
4. Bake for 25 - 35 minutes, but keep an eye on them. It is literally minutes between unbaked and over-baked brownies. The top will be dried to a slightly paler brown with speckles and the middle will remain dark, dense and gooey - and they will continue to cook slightly as they cool.
5. Allow to cool for about an hour (if you can!) and then cut into 1.5" squares and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar. Pile high on a tray and serve, basking in the compliments.

  1. my resepi tu guna brown sugar. pd eli mcm tak sedap sgt tapi kastemer tu suka pulak. bila buat kali ke-2 bawak gi opis ramai kata sedap. tapi bg yg mmg tau apa itu brownies, dorg kata sedap tapi mcm tak sesuey utk brownies sbb texture mcm kek...
