apple pie

 not bad looking kan. tak pernah wat apple pie. lepas ditanya berkali2 oleh irfan akhirnya, inilah hasilnya.  ku amik resipi dari you tube je.  tapi ok le dia punya crust. filling tu ku suka another version.  cuma utk dpt kan crust yg crispy lagi...kena bakar lama.... more than half an hour . dia bakar 15 min at 230 celcius.a

Ingredients (18cmくらいのアップルパイ)
Apple fillings
: 2 Apple(300g) (りんご紅玉2個) 
: 100g Sugar (100g砂糖)
: 2 tbsp Lemon juice (大2レモン汁)

☆I didn't use cinnamon because I thought some people didn't like cinnamon flavor. So I just added cinnamon powder after the pie is done like I did in the video. シナモン好きな人はお好みでフィリングに足してください。苦手な人が多いと思い今回は使わなかったのですが、心配する必要もなかったようです。因みにシナモンは入れなくて­も全然いけますが、やっぱ入れると一層風味が良くなりました。 

Pie dough (パイ生地)
: 120~130g Chilled flour (冷たくした小麦粉120g~130g)
: Alittle bit of salt (塩少し) 
: 100g butter (100g 冷たくしたバター) 
: 50-60ml Ice water (50-60ccの冷水)
